Similarly to our Overhead Squat cycle that started on Wednesday, we will be setting our 1 Rep Max Deadlift today to start this cycle. As I mentioned Wednesday, we are intending to set a reference point today... not a world record (which is approximately 1102 Lbs.).
More than anything, we want to make sure you are lifting with good form and protecting yourself from injury. This is a very powerful movement that can be very painful when done incorrectly. We want to see proper form/technique so that you utilize the correct muscle groups and safely lift a ridiculous amount of weight.
