Long WOD Friday!
Bring your determination today... you're going to need it! While our current strength cycles are in place, we are doing Long WOD's on Fridays. Today's is going to be wonderful because you know you get Wall Balls at least... a lot of them actually!
I will let you know that the Wall Balls should be the hardest part of the workout. However, that doesn't say much considering how awful they can be. I guess you'll have to show up and try it out for yourself. See you soon!
