Shoulders with Shoulders On Them!
If you want to work on the strength and function of your shoulders, today is your day! We will be doing our Press/Push Press Cycle of course. Additionally, we will continue the shoulder hypertrophy through some KBS and Push-Ups. It's going to be a wonderful time that will have you exhausted, sweaty, and at muscle fatigue all over your upper body.
Another quick note, Coach Brittney and Brittany Sterkel are heading to Tampa, FL tomorrow to compete in the Tri-Fitness Challenge! Be sure to send them your love and support while they dominate.
