Today is a chance to put all those Front Squats we've been doing to a more dynamic test. We are working on our Squat Cleans (originally known as Cleans or Full Cleans). We will be focused on form primarily, which is the case with anything I suppose. However, if your form holds up, we would love to see you people move some weights around today!
Once we have thoroughly tired ourselves out with the Cleans, we will complete one of the original girl workouts - "Grace!" She is a torturous lifting WOD that will leave you with the same kind of feeling in your lungs as "Fran." You're going to love it!
