New Front Squat Max!
Today we get to find out if your squat work over the past 8 weeks has been helpful. Just like with Tuesday's maxes, we are more interested in seeing you squat with good form than set a new number with which to destroy your back.
You need that back your whole life, so treat it well and protect it during the heavy stuff. Keep your weight in your heels, your butt back, knees out, elbows up, eyes on the horizon, and your core tight.
You're going to lift some amazingly heavy things if you do!
