Time to Learn Double Unders!
Of all the movements we do regularly at HCF, one of the hardest for most people is the Double Under. If you're one of us, you see that on the workout and immediately consider taking the day off, eating pizza and ice cream, and getting drunk.
If this is you, get yourself to the gym today so we can keep working on your weakness. The things you don't want to do are the things you should focus on the most. They are what will improve on your weaknesses and make you a more well-rounded physical specimen. Also, getting better at something you struggle with will make you more self-confident and satisfied with your performance.
We'll see you today for some whip marks and frustration!
