New Press and Push Press Maxes!
Today is the day we get to find out if your diligent hard work on Tuesdays has been paying off. Let's see if you now have massively stronger shoulders.
More importantly, I want to see that you can Press and Push Press weight over your head in a safe and comfortable manner. If you can do so, then we have done our jobs. More than anything, we are trying to make sure you can do overhead work without hurting yourself - primarily in the back.
Another fun tidbit:
Look at where the two stand-alone racks are in this picture. If you've been to the gym this week, you've seen that this is now where the new rig stands. This place just keeps getting better!
