Friday Should Finish You Off!
If you completed "Murph" with the rest of us on Memorial Day, you should have been extra sore and tired this week. As I wrote about on Tuesday's blog, please focus on your recovery techniques and practices in order to continue to exercise normally after such incredible volume.
Regardless of your recovery skills, however, this week should have been a little bit harder than normal. Well, it isn't getting any easier today. Today is our Long WOD of the week, and it should finish you off pretty well. It will test your lungs, your shoulders, your hamstrings, your back, your grip strength, your core, and your resolve more than anything. Come today if you're prepared to win an epic internal battle.
