Heavy Overhead Squats!
Overhead Squats seem to be one of the most intimidating lifts for many of us. They are relatively difficult because of the additional core stability required, the exacerbation of mobility issues (especially in the hips, ankles, and shoulders), and the added risk of having weight overhead. They are, however, incredibly powerful for creating overall strength and stability.
Please always keep in mind that you are encouraged to scale and modify to your comfort level at all times. This means keep the weight appropriate for yourself. It also means to use Back Squats instead of Overhead Squats if you are struggling today. You can still get an incredible workout today with Back Squats.
