We are doing the "Olympic Lifting Total" for our Sunday Funday! This means that you will warm-up and practice both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk lifts with the first half of class. Afterwards, you will have 3 attempts at the Snatch to set a 1 Rep Max. After that is complete, you will then have 3 attempts to set your 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk. You will record a weight for both lifts individually along with a total of the two.
