There will be no break for your legs today! It is just going to be 25 minutes of burning and suffering from which you will find a great deal of personal satisfaction.
For today, remember that everything we do is based off the idea of relative intensity. This means that you work as hard as you can maintain for the particular workout, based off today's nutrition, today's hydration, today's fatigue, today's movements, and so many other things.
We want you to work as hard as you can sustain for 25 minutes today. It is very different from how hard you would go for a short workout like "Fran." With that said, I plan to do at least 86 rounds in today's workout, so bring it on!
