Tabata Sled Pushes seems like the right way to finally break in our new 15 foot wide section of turf!
Tabata intervals are intended to be done at full intensity from start to finish. This means 20 seconds of all-out work followed by 10 seconds of mind-numbingly short break - 8 times. Tabata Sled Pushes are one of the best inducers of tasting your lunch for the second time that we have at Hyalite CrossFit. Perhaps a 500m Row TT is slightly better, but it all depends on how hard you push yourself.
