That's what you'll be hearing if I see you arching your back today. I am very aware of the fact that you can lift more weight overhead if you can arch your back and use your chest. That is, however, not the muscle group we are aiming to improve today. In addition, you are much more susceptible to injuries in that position.
Today is a great day to focus on your form in order to get the results this workout was intended to provide. Keep your abs and butt squeezed to keep your body in a straight up and down position. From there, pull your chin back, push the bar straight up overhead, and let your head come back to its neutral position.
You will most likely be using less weight with good form, but it will lead to proper muscle development. It will also give you a much better chance of not needing to see your chiropractor this week. Protect your back. You need it your whole life.
