First Announcement - Memorial Day Murph!
Memorial Day is only two weeks away! On Monday May 30th, we will be honoring our fallen soldiers with the rest of our deeply grateful American brethren.
As has become the CrossFit standard for Memorial Day, we will be completing "Murph," the workout named after Lieutenant Michael Patrick Murphy of the United States Navy. We will write more about Lt. Murphy and the importance of this national holiday on Memorial Day itself.
For now, we just wanted to let you know that we will offer a 9 A.M. class and a 4:30 P.M. class on Memorial Day if you would like to complete "Murph." The RX'd version of this workout requires 20# of added weight in either a vest or pack of some sort. It does not, however, require the added weight to be excruciatingly hard. If you plan to RX this workout, bring your own vest or pack.
