I think Brittney really enjoys your suffering! Today will be a fantastic example of how much she can put you through in less than an hour.
You get to do some core work, which is the basis for everything we do. Afterwards, there will be a longer row than you're prepared to handle followed by a bunch of heavy dumbbell work. The rowing into dumbbells should steal the wind out of you pretty quickly... so enjoy that!
