New Year's Schedule!
We have a full schedule of classes this week. Don't wait until the holiday pounds are already on before you fight back. Get in this week and keep yourself moving forward in your health plans.
For New Year's Eve (Saturday), we have a 9 A.M. workout for you as usual. For New Year's Day (Sunday), we have a 4:30 P.M. workout for you as usual also. This means that you can get in 2 solid workouts this weekend to work around your late night debauchery schedule.
