I highly recommend getting here early to roll out and get some extra warmth in your legs before we get started. Also, you should plan to spend time stretching while you're warm and cooling down before going home.
Additionally, it would be of great benefit to you to ice your knees or fill your bathtub with ice and sit in it for a while. This will help control swelling and pain in your joints. Our goal is never to get pain or limitation in our joints, so let's do everything we can to keep ourselves mobile and healthy.
