Tuesday is the Food Drive Deadline!
On Tuesday, we will be turning in our food drive contributions to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Please get your generous donations in by Tuesday morning so we can take it in and claim the title of Most Generous CrossFit Gym in the Gallatin Valley.
Also, we will be doing Rope Climbs in today's workout. That means you should bring a pair of tall socks or wear long pants. If you don't, you can plan to wear some rope burns for a while. It's your choice still.
