Dynamic Banded Floor Press Friday!
Luckily for all of you, we found another way to make 55% of your 3 rep max incredibly difficult to move around - just like last week! Instead of doing high volume like we did a week ago, we are going to do band-resisted Floor Presses.
This means that you're going to drape a band over the bar, lay on the band with your upper back, and hold the top of your presses on each lift. The band increases the difficulty of the lift as you get farther into it. This keeps you from being able to find a resting spot at the top of the lift. You're welcome!
