If you're looking to work on Kipping or Butterfly Pull-Up technique, today is for you. Building the Kipping Swing is important for mastering a lot of CrossFit movements - Kipping Pull-Ups, Bar Muscle-Ups, Ring Muscle-Ups, Toes-To-Bar, Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups.
With mastery of the Kipping Swing, you will be capable of accomplishing an incredible amount of work in a short period of time. If this is something you already have, we will work on Butterfly Pull-Ups. Luckily, this is a pretty easy adjustment from an already-perfected Kipping Swing.
