We get to set 2 different Benchmarks today! We will start by setting our new 1 rep max Snatch. This should be an impressive increase for anyone who has been coming to Thursday classes since this strength cycle started.
After we have dominated some new maxes, we're going to repeat "Isabel." She is one of the original CrossFit workouts. All this workout consists of is 30 Snatches for time at 135/95#. It's terrible but fast!
