Long WOD Wednesday!
With the start of our new strength cycles comes the restructuring of our week. During the last cycles, we had Long WOD Tuesday each week. This time around, we have Long WOD Wednesday. This also means that our Gymnastics skill work is on Mondays, Squat Cycle is on Tuesdays, Olympic Skill Practice is on Thursdays, and our Floor Press Cycle is on Fridays.
This helps ensure that those of you who come to very consistent schedules still get a varied workload. In addition, it keeps our programming from being predictable and helps keep you guessing. We are always trying to make sure you have a brutal day when you walk into the gym.
