New Front Squat Cycle!
Our new strength cycles start this week with our new 1 rep max Front Squats during today's classes. In addition, we will be setting a new 3 rep max Floor Press on Friday for anyone interested in building some pushing power.
As you can imagine, we will be doing Squat Therapy in conjunction with our Squats today. We do this because it very strongly encourages your body into the proper position while carrying a heavy load throughout a Squat motion.
We want your eyes forward, chest up, back flat, shoulders back, elbows parallel to the ground, weight in your heels, knees driving out, and sphincter clinched tight. That should carry you through a heavy Front Squat today!
