Bring Tall Socks!
Bring those tall socks today. We will be doing some Rope Climb practice to start the classes. You'll even get the chance to apply that practice to the Met-Con as well if you so desire.
Also, keep in mind that we can scale and modify Rope Climbs. They are not written to only encourage the top competitors to show up today. They are programmed in so that we can work on your grip strength, core stability, footwork, and pulling muscle power. In addition, this will work on your fear of heights, if you get high enough.
