We are going to spend the first half of today's class working on Pistols. This is for everyone to build some coordination, strength, and confidence with squatting on one leg.
We will be going over multiple different options for scaling/modifying your Pistols to make them possible for you. In addition, this should give you options to try as you start to feel more capable with this movement.
After that, we have some Fran-like AMRAP's that should get you wiped out and ready for a weekend off!
