Upper Body Destruction!
Today's workout is going to give your legs a break. However, it will not be giving your upper body any kind of rest.
If you've ever wanted to get arms that looks like Tim's (pictured above), then today will put you on that path. You get to do some isolated Upright Rows, which are fantastic for creating strength and balance in your upper body. They will help keep your shoulders in good posture without having to force it.
In addition, you get to do "Death by" Push-Ups! Who doesn't get excited for that?!
