5:30 P.M. Open Gym As Well!
If you want to be as awesome as Matt and Eric in this picture, Open Gym may be for you. It takes a great deal of dedication and focused work to hone in the top skills. Things like Muscle-Ups (demonstrated above) require immense body control, shoulder strength, shoulder stability, and coordination. They also take a while to feel confident doing because you end up so high above the ground while moving quickly.
We have 5:30 P.M. Open Gym after our 4:30 P.M. WOD on Sundays now, so you can work on your skills. You can also use this to catch up on anything you missed during the week or found on the internet and want to try. Really, your opportunities during this hour are fairly limitless.
