There is a lot of upper body work in today's workout. That can be really fun and will create you the huge guns everyone wants. However, it is important to remember that our upper bodies are much more fragile than our legs.
What I mean is that our upper bodies are much more prone to overuse injuries during workouts like today's. There is a lot of high intensity work in our arms. It is important to be honest with ourselves about how much we can handle. Please be careful with your body and know that if you listen to its limits, it will treat you well.
Your coaches will definitely be interested in helping you scale appropriately for today's workout to avoid overusing muscles that aren't quite as strong as your legs.
