Burpee Box Jumps!
This week and next week are the last two rounds of our current strength cycles. On Halloween, we will be setting our new 1 rep max Back Squats. This means that these next two weeks are going to be heavy in order to get you prepared.
Our Met-Con today will only be a 21-15-9 rep scheme, so it can't be that bad... right!? I guess you'll find out!
