All of these struggles will be reduced by today's Core Medley! We will improve your abilities by strengthening your core and increasing your coordination. This will help you control heavier weights and master the bodyweight movements even farther.
A strong core is the foundation for all that we do. In addition, some core work will help the squishiness and doughnut consumption, but those are still up to your dietary choices on a daily basis. Make good choices!
